ON BOARD THE SMILE TRAIN - this was the time Cleveland allocated to visit two Indian cities and document a boy’s quest to collect images to exhibit and raise money for SMILE TRAIN – a charity set up to help children born with cleft palates/lips. His images document the fine work of the SMILE TRAIN organisation in a hospital in Delhi.
