From the 30th of August to the 3rd of September the gallery will play host to a variety of performance events in a week-long celebration of live art. 

Queer Noise VI

Tuesday 30 August | 7pm

Queer Noise presents an evening of performance from London based spoken word artists and musicians. Get ready for a simultaneously silly and sensitive exploration of queer identity, community and friendship.

After five sold-out events, Queer Noise is back with a lineup of incredible queer artists.

New Night

Friday 2 September | 7pm

A fresh, multi-disciplinary evening of poetry, music and more, in the spirit of play and artistry.

Curated by Gabriel Akamo and Riwa Saab, in partnership with Bermondsey Project Space, NEW NIGHT features three artists from across, between, and beyond creative practices. In another fresh, multi-artform evening of poetry, music, and storytelling, the performances will be followed by relaxed games and creative experiments using image, words, and sound.

Jazz Night: Iwalola

Saturday 3 September | 7pm

Lola Owalabi – ‘Iwalola ‘ treats audiences to a night of jazz. With over 30 years as a jazz artiste she adores the way jazz music gives her the ability to be authentic and allow the use of her God given talent to truly express who she is . After a long haitus she is back supported by an excellent and accomplished band and band leader Femi Sofola . Her latest recorded work was a collaboration with the world famous Premises Studio and other jazz enthusiasts .
